Update README.md
I was unable to include the below in the Issue description due to tripping the spam filter:
For what it's worth (nothing) version 2.0.18 has been reported to Mozilla via the add-on platform (where it is still recommended) after not being functionally updated since many years. The pretence is false advertising; It's essentially useless on today's web.
For some reason the developer has added minor updates, allowing version bumps and so it has the appearance of being somewhat updated. It's a little tin-foil hat, yes, but I have a sneaking suspicion this add-on was wilfully killed, but rather than display a policy of removing anti-tracking addons, a deal was made to simply let it die.
The list of resources badly needs an update. I have done so, and it works fine. There is no technical impediment to doing so.
Flutter web is yet another leak point into google.
here is a sample application using flutter web renderer: https://flutter.github.io/samples/web/material_3_demo/
which loads files such as https://www.gstatic.com/flutter-canvaskit/f40e976bedff57e69e1b3d89a7c2a3c617a03dad/canvaskit.wasm
for a few weeks ChatGPT has stopped working for me, when I was trying to send a message, i would get a white popover that was empty for a couple of seconds then showing a "502 Bad Gateway" message. the surrounding HTML indicates that there should be a captcha there.
after disabling Decentraleyes for ChatGPT, it started working again. it's also not giving me any captchas, interestingly enough.
Thought I'd wait this one out, but since no one has reported it yet.. In this repo, Decentraleyes.v2.0.18-chromium.crx is the same file as Decentraleyes.v2.0.17-chromium.crx. It has simply been renamed.
Hi @Tomaso, and many thanks for reporting this! It should be fixed.
