The testing utility is able to connect to a CDN

I just installed Decentraleyes 1.3.5 via the addon manager of Firefox 45.2.0 ESR. However, according to the test page, the addon is not working.
Details:
- Other installed blocking and privacy related addons: NoScript 2.9.0.13, RequestPolicy Continued 1.0.beta12.3, Tinfoil 0.7.1-signed.1-signed, uBlock Origin 1.8.0
- After I installed Decentraleyes, I went to https://decentraleyes.org/test/. First, the page was stuck at "Determining status...".
- After temporarily allowing decentraleyes.org in NoScript, I got "The test resource could not be fetched locally or remotely. Decentraleyes is not working as intended." (ajax.googleapis.com was already allowed in NoScript, but not in RequestPolicy)
- I told RequestPolicy to temporarily allow requests from *.decentraleyes.org to *.ajax.googleapis.com. Then, I got "Your browser was able to connect to a blacklisted CDN. Decentraleyes is not working as intended."
The counter in the Decentraleyes preferences also remains at 0. I made sure the addon is enabled. Am I missing some other reason why it might not block the CDN request?
