Breaks Stack Overflow on Firefox Beta and Nightly

I'm left with a red banner at the top saying

Stack Overflow requires external JavaScript from another domain, which is blocked or failed to load.

Debug console shows that JQuery from Google couldn't be loaded.

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.4/jquery.min.js”.
