Display injection counts in menu entry titles

In Firefox Android, browser action shows up as menu entry (instead of icon as in Desktop version) Changes committed below will display per-page injected count in menu entry.

I saw the fork in my page that`s setup. Why does gitlab say 'source branch does not exist. Please restore it or use a different source branch '?!

Inported github fork, not sure how to check if gitlab is clever enough pick it correcrly

Hi @gkrishnaks. Thanks for contributing! I had to pair them by hand, hence the delay. I think it worked though.
